JOB BRIEF
The VFX Supervisor is responsible for delivering the project entrusted to him by leading the dedicated teams and the interlocutor with the Director in order to capture the desired artistic quality and pass it onto the teams. In production, you supervise the shows from an artist and technical point of view and work with the Producer to meet delivery deadlines within budget constraints and participate in project evaluation along with business development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely and collaborate with the Head of Team to establish feasibility approaches and means to develop the director’s vision and artistic vision of the production designer.
- Responsible for ensuring the respect of the artistic direction of the visual for the production and post-production in order to achieve the desired quality of the project.
- Ensures that the look of the CG elements mateche the overall artistic direction of the project with the Production Lead and sees if adjustments are necessary.
- Work collaboration with the CG Supervisor and Leads, determines the overall technical (methodology) and creative approach to be adopted for each project.
- Provides a critical and technical perspective by reviewing and making the necessary adjustments to the work created throughout the project.
- Work collaborates with the Business Development and Producers by participating in the breakdown of scripts and storyboard as well as in the evaluation of project ny identifying technical and artistic specificaties and by evaluation the time required in terms of resources.
- Advises and supports producers and the Production manager in the development of the production schedule and the allocation of resources based on deliverables to partners in order to make the necessary recommendation.
- Provides feedback to leads and Senior CG on the creative, methodological, overall and technical performance of the project.
- Performing any other works which may be assigned from time to time.
- Performing and responsibilities are compliance with regulations and internal audit processes.
JOB & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 + Years’ experience in Animation TV Series and fim, Game, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Critical judgment of design and rhythm.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines including to relate to clients and to establish a relationship of trust.
- Ability to lead a team, work under pressure, leadership , organizational skills, and inspire and motivate teams.
- Good Command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
